Edit Archive Comments

Comments can be added to each individual backup. The comments can be up to 1,000 characters in length. To add comments to a backup:

1.	Select the Project from the Projects tab.

2.	Click on the Available Backups tab.

3.	Select the backup that you want to add comments to.

4.	Click on the Edit Comments button.

5.	Type in the comments.

6.	Click on the OK button.

Click on the Date/Time button to add the date and time to the comments. Comments can be changed at any time.

Note: Comments are not the same as Notes. Notes can be added to each project and are viewable on the Projects tab. Comments can be added to each backup and are viewable on the Available Backups tab.
