4.	Post Backup Tab

The Post Backup tab contains two sections, Send By FTP (Defaults) and Send By Email (Defaults).

A.	Send By FTP (Defaults).

Under Send By FTP (Defaults) you can set the default connection data for your FTP destination. If you are going to have different FTP destinations for each project, you can leave these fields blank. If you plan to send different projects to the same FTP, you may fill the Server Name and User Name here so you don't have to enter them for each project.

B.	Send By Email (Defaults).

Under Send By Email (Defaults) you can set the default Email address destination and the default Text Body for your outgoing message. If you are going to have different EMail destinations and bodies for each project, you can leave these fields blank. If you plan to send different projects to the same Email, you may fill the Email and basic Text Body here so you don't have to enter them for each project.
